... near the Scottish border, the air is filled with the salty scent of the North Sea. Small brick houses are lined up closely, like in a toy world. The salt is quickly overpowered by the typical coal smell in this area. It's everywhere. This memory from my childhood is the inspiration for my gin. Handmade and authentic, classic English. A gin without frills, individual and inspiring. It's a journey back in time to the 'good old days'. Made only with the best hand-selected ingredients and distilled in a small copper kettle over Austrian beechwood fire.
